Leadership Without Fear: Building Confidence and Emotional Maturity in Business

In today’s workplace, subtle bullying, power struggles and unchecked emotions erode confidence, productivity and trust.
This interactive workshop helps business professionals recognize unhealthy behaviors, strengthen self-awareness and develop emotional maturity—the true foundation of effective leadership.

Audience: Business owners and professionals, managers and leaders
