Meet the Candidates: Local Election Mixer
This fall, local elections will bring new voices and perspectives to the communities of Berks County. To give our members and neighbors a chance to connect with the people who want to lead, the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) and the Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS (R-BAR) are teaming up to host a special “Meet the Candidates” mixer.

Unlike a formal debate or forum, this gathering is designed to be relaxed and conversational. Attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with candidates in a casual setting, ask questions that matter to them and learn more about the individuals who may soon be shaping decisions in our local municipalities. With no speeches or podiums, the focus is on genuine conversation and building connections.

Whether you are a business owner, realtor, community leader or engaged resident, this event offers a unique chance to put faces to the names on the ballot and hear firsthand about the priorities and perspectives of those running for office. Light refreshments will be provided, creating an inviting atmosphere for meaningful discussion.

Together, GRCA and R-BAR are excited to provide this opportunity to strengthen the bridge between the business community, local residents, and those who wish to serve.
