About Us

CHOR Youth & Family Services (CHORYFS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children, youth, and families heal, grow, and thrive. With over 130 years of experience, CHORYFS offers a wide range of trauma-informed services across Eastern Pennsylvania, including foster care and adoption, behavioral health treatment, residential and community-based programs, and educational support.

We work closely with youth and families impacted by abuse, neglect, mental health challenges, and other complex needs. Our compassionate team meets individuals where they are and provides personalized care focused on safety, stability, and long-term success.

Whether we're connecting a child with a loving foster home, helping a teen manage their mental health, or supporting families through life transitions, our mission remains the same: to create brighter futures through hope, healing, and empowerment.
