About Us

Garland Communication Systems is a Pennsylvania-based technology provider serving businesses, municipalities, and organizations throughout Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties, with additional coverage into York and surrounding areas.

Garland brings together two capabilities most vendors keep separate: managed IT services and physical technology infrastructure. On the IT side, that means network support, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and help desk support. On the infrastructure side, it means security cameras, access control, structured cabling and fiber, fire alarm systems, business phone systems, and self-performed construction and excavation work.

For organizations juggling multiple vendors for their technology needs, Garland offers a single point of accountability across IT and physical systems, backed by a local, Pennsylvania-based team.

Garland is CJIS certified and a COSTARS participating vendor, and does not require long-term service contracts outside of standard manufacturer licensing. The company works selectively with clients where it can provide real, ongoing value, including municipalities, police departments, municipal authorities, schools, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, and growing businesses across the region.

Whether the need is a camera system upgrade, a network and cybersecurity assessment, a phone system replacement, or a full low-voltage buildout for a new facility, Garland provides local, responsive support backed by hands-on technical expertise.
