About Us

Hannah's Hope Ministries is a nonprofit organization located in Reading, Pennsylvania, serving homeless women and children in Berks County. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of these individuals. We offer housing and support services that includes week night programming for up to six women and their children, empowering them to live independently.
