S.H.E. Sisterhood (She Has Esteem) is a women and girls empowerment initiative dedicated to cultivating confidence, community, and authentic self-worth. S.H.E. Sisterhood creates safe, inclusive spaces where participants build resilience, leadership skills, and connection through mentorship, workshops, and community engagement. With a mission rooted in collaboration, S.H.E. Sisterhood works alongside local businesses and community organizations to create impactful programs that foster personal growth, build confidence, and strengthen the Greater Reading community and beyond
